PUBLIC HOLIDAY SURCHARGE

A 10% surcharge will be applied to all purchases made on public holidays.

By making a purchase on a public holiday, you agree to pay the surcharge in addition to the standard purchase price. The surcharge is intended to cover the increased operational costs associated with providing services on public holidays.

IT’S SNOWING DONUTS PROMOTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. Promotion Details: The It’s Snowing Donuts Promotion (“Promotion”) offers customers the opportunity to purchase the “Snow” range for the discounted price of $3 each. The Promotion is subject to the following terms and conditions.
  2. Promotion Period:The Promotion will be available starting 1 November 2023 until 31 December 2023 or until sold out, during regular business hours. All times are on the website.
  3. Eligibility:The Promotion is open to all customers, subject to the limitations outlined in these terms and conditions. Employees and representatives of Crusty Devil Bakehouse, as well as their immediate family members and household members, are not eligible to participate.
  4. Snow Range Donuts:The “Snow” range includes the following donut flavours: Choc Hazelnut Snow, Custard Snow, and White Hazelnut Snow.
  5. Offer Limit:Each customer is limited to purchasing a maximum of 4 Snow Donuts at the promotional price of $3 each during the Promotion Period.
  6. Exclusions:The Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers, discounts, or promotions.
  7. Availability:The Promotion is available only while supplies last. Crusty Devil Bakehouse reserves the right to end the Promotion at any time if the supply of the Snow Donuts is exhausted.
  8. Modification and Termination:Crusty Devil Bakehouse reserves the right to modify or terminate the Promotion at any time without prior notice.

  2. Award Redemption:
    – One voucher can be redeemed per person per day.
    – Vouchers are non-transferable and cannot be combined with other offers.
  3. Award Voucher:

  3. Eligibility: The Promotion is open to all customers, subject to the limitations outlined in these terms and conditions. Employees, officers, and representatives of Crusty Devil Bakehouse, as well as their immediate family members and household members, are not eligible to participate.
  4. Offer Limit: There is no limit as to how many Cheaper than 6 Pack donuts at $23.90 during the Promotion Period.
