Steve and Sarah Thoms both master bakers and Tom Potter (Eagle Boys founder and a baker) have created a unique “must visit “ bakery in carina Brisbane.
“We make and bake every day right in front of the customer. We even have viewing areas to allow you to see what we do and how we do it!”
Products baked fresh daily such as traditional pies, sourdough, vanilla slices, and our signature donuts.
People now come from miles around to savour this unique “hot spot “ bakery and witness the products being made right in front of their eyes.
The traditional family neighbourhood bakery has returned to Brisbane!!

We are open 7 days a week.
Monday – Saturday 5:30AM – 6:30PM
Sundays 6:00AM – 5:30PM
